Overview
At this year’s National Day Rally, Prime Minister Lawrence Wong shared his Government’s plan to:
Provide more ways for Singaporeans to seize job opportunities brought about by rising technologies such as AI, and support them in a new uncertain global economy
Support youths and parents to manage challenges arising from new technologies and negative influences, such as vaping
Build more senior-friendly neighbourhoods with greater access to healthcare and activity centres to help them lead more fulfilling lives within the community
Refresh and reimagine existing spaces with new developments and greater connectivity in the northern part of Singapore
Rally Singaporeans together to keep alive the spirit and resilience and to strengthen a ‘We-First” society as we write the next chapter of the Singapore Story
